That's what I was thinking. We have used them for years, never an issue, they have always been there to help (even with custom stuff), and are quick to reply to anything we need.

Since we are talking hosts ... I will put in a good word for mine... http://www.servergod.com - He hosts some very very large clients and 100 mbps lines are sold 30 at a time to the type of clients he deals with.

Spoke to him tonight and he just setup an entirely new network in Amsterdamn due to 2257 issues.. Always a step ahead, and the support has always been great for me.... You even get FREE USAGE of one of the top clickthrough programs on the web (ClickMan) that is used by Pimp Roll just for hosting with them...

I have been with them since i believe late 97 or early 98 ... I would say a total of a couple days downtime combined... a day and a half of that was when my server was severely hacked and all kinds of other crap went wrong.

Class Act company all the way IMHO - if you are looking for hosting give 'em a shot Tell them Ryan sent ya ! ;) (No I don't get any referral fees - you can ask them lol)

My experience dealing with Web Air has been great so far as well.

Let's hear some more names peeps

At the moment I feel the same about IIC...

I was doing an ftp yesterday afternoon and it was very very slow ...

At 8pm last night I couldn't get in to do more as it timed out... I then did a tracert to the site and it was ok but.. The site wouldn't load. Since around 10pm last night (UK) I get the apache page and definitely can't log in to ftp. It's as if the site has vanished completely yet a tracert still works.. AAAAGGGHHHH

I have left 4 messages on the phone and sent 4 emails since 8pm (UK) last night and zilch...

Having to email members last night to let them know wasn't easy either, as getting the list from CCBill failed as their report system was screwed. Bless CCBill support they got the list for me and sent it in an email. I've only just started with Paycom and luckily I could get the list from their site and now I'm waiting for the cancel emails..

Who wants to be a pay site owner... LOL

If anyone knows of a host who can set me up on a Sunday please let me know.. I want to start uploading asap.. And it's a big site with hrs of video.. It would help if I could speak to the host on the phone. I've found that most don't have a phone number even for sales ... DUH.
