I will go to bat for my models. They wouldn't be in my program if I didn't believe and trust in thier work ethic or dedication to providing a quality experience for the members...

So, if you feel the need to personally bash them or fuck with them, do not be surprised if you find me reaching through my network of contacts & friends to fuck with you back... its a really small industry believe it or not.

IF you don't like the girl or the site, don't send traffic. The two new girls we are adding are not in the same niche as RavenRiley. Its not fair to compare them at ALL. So to those of you saying we are making a bad biz move by adding different niche type sites, you are fucking retarded, and like I said earlier, I WILL go to bat for these girls.

And it really wasn't anon, it was and still is on a private no nude webmaster msgboard. Had bout 5 people tell me about it, since I can't read it myself. You know what the funny thing is, the people that I know from that board that I thought were my friends, weren't the ones that told me about it. In fact, no one has told me who said it yet.

But i don't care. Everyone have they own opinion and we should just accept it.

just take it easy, and don't close affiliates account because they don't like your new girls, its not fair

Anyway, goodluck with a new sites, they can do well in the amateur niche.

I wrote the thread. I stand behind what I said as my opinion for discussions that we have on our board...

I did not come to GFY and bash your models here in your house...basically where you do your promo....

I didn't say that you weren't committed to your websites. I simply said that I thought the two girls that you added to your site portfolio was not a solid business move imo...

I was looking more for a discussion on the issue of paysite portfolios, model additions...etc.....within our own niche. There were a couple of webmasters who agreeded with me on the issue....and some that did not....

Raven is a great website. When I got the email that you had two new models..I was very excited...when I saw them....I was dissapointed....

Wherever your choose to go in your business strategy is your choice. I wish you well with your sites. I look forward to promoting those that work for me. However if I was in your shoes, I would have taken a different approach. I would have built on the strength of Raven's site, by following up with similar type models that would have allowed you to cross market them more readily within your established member and webmaster base. I personally as an affiliate promote Raven, but have no interest in promoting the new two..because they don't fit.

I would assume that alot of Ravens members and affiliate webmasters are into the teen niche. She is good looking, petite, mystique looking. The other two are a bit chubby and just don't really stand out to be that much special.

The focus of my topic was basically the discussion of how to plan and maximize your site portfolio if one chooses to go beyond one model.....

I would have followed up with a couple more hot girls, worked on your strengths that you currently have...instead of going towards some other models that are quite the extreme from Raven.....and having to build those up from scratch....and putting strain on your network at a time where you are trying to grow it...

I apologize if your took offense, but what was said..was said in private for subject discussion and not meant for your ears. If I had wanted to personally voice my opinion..I would have contacted you...

Unfortunatly there are as many drama queens at NNmasters as there are at GFY...and they live to create fights and drama.....

Two examples that come to mind....

SilverCash's new line of SoloGirl sites and TeenRevenues teen sites...

Just from business sense its wise to build on your established market and save your explorations into new niches...to a later date when you have a program that can absorb the shock of a program addition that is outside your normal fit.....

Jayman can do whatever he wants.....for me...I would have capitalized on the ease of incorporating similar style sites to my portfolio.

To me its a business issue. Why face more barriers of entry into a new market when you have established a presence and slight dominance in one. Focus on your stengths and grab more marketshare.

However I am an affiliate webmaster. I am the primary person that brings your product to market. Don't forget that.

Who do you think is more intouch with the market base? The CEO of Coca Cola or the local distributer who delivers the shit to the grocery stores? The person who sets up the displays? Takes a personal interest in what is selling so he can bring similar product lines into the stores.

Both paysite creators and affiliate webmasters work hand in hand and each provides its own integral function into the devlopment and distribution of pornography.
