Well, currently the law states that if you re-publish/re-issue "sexually explicit content" then you are considered a "secondary producer" and need to keep detailed records of the models on your server or place of business (and need to have them available for inspection for at least 20 hours/week). A simple link will do no good. You need to have at least the address/contact information of where federal agents can contact you to get that information.
And, yes, you should consult with an attorney who is knowledgeable in this subject ASAP if you're worried.
