selling sites based on pr only really starts to get intense at 6-7 which exponentially more valuable
as far as pr5 the value is also tied in with traffic, optimization, maturity, optimization, how oranically and aggresivly it was grown, and external linking structure. give us a url and a more accurate range will be possible.
