When Stewie tries to fart or take a shit and bursts a blood vessel in his eye.
When the dude from Quantum Leap comes out of the locker to tell the nerd talking to Meg that he can't jump until he wins her heart.
When they all drink that medicine that makes them puke.
And lots of the little stuff like
They show that the slow talking Cleveland was a tongue twisting auctioneer until something fell on his head.
Peter tries to slip and slide down the stairs, crashes, and Brian tells him he's not going to call the doctor because if he did he'd never learn.
Stewie drugs his babysitter when she won't "hook up" with him, touches her tits, and runs away laughing.
When Cleveland and his son exchange slang while driving in the car.
I could go on and on. I've never laughed so hard at a cartoon in my life and it's one of the few shows I can watch over and over and still find hilarious. I'm not like most of the nerds that watch the same movie 14 times so when I watch something more than once I consider it brilliant. Got a Tivo full of em right now.Comment

Family guy without a doubt! The Simpson's is a great show, but they just can't get away with stuff like Peter Griffin can. The Simpson's is too family oriented and although made for adults, it's way too mainstream. Take for example the Family Guy episode that ended with the Griffin's in a hotel room, Peter finds a bible in the drawer and makes a huge mockery of it. "Look at me...I'm a Christian" lol, now thats funny shit that Homer just isn't ballsy enough to pull off! I stay up late to watch Family Guy every night, and of course AquaTeen HungerForce, which when the wife started watching I thought was crap then I actually took the timie to watch it and laughed my ass off.Comment

Simpsons is way better..
Family guy is great too, but it's more a row of jokes put together in a silly story..
The simpsons mostly has a good story which is funny as a whole thing.Comment

I am a total cartoon buff. Ive got many cartoon voices locked up inside me and I know cartoon trivia. I love(d) the Simpsons when they were in their Prime. The show has lost luster and just does not have it lately... Only in the first few seasons did Simpsons ever really make me crack up outloud.
I dont think Ive ever made it 10 mins watching Family Guy that I haven't busted up and laughed out loud (LOL). The cynical humor in these characters is unmatched, especially Stewie and Brian. In fact, I think I wrote in Stewie for President last year 
Now, if I get really upset at something (usually myself) and I'm starting to boil inside, I just click on one of my Family Guy DVDs. You just cant help but crack up at the shit they poke fun at in this show. It's more irreverant than "Animaniacs", "Heckle and Jeckle" or the hit comedy show "In Living Color".
Family Guy is no holds barred for sure!!
Ok.. Family Guy might not last 16 seasons like the Simpsons because the humor on the show is geared towards an older, more mature, (smaller) target audience....
... but it will last in my personal cartoon library!!
