    15 months in prison or serve in Iraq?

    I'd take prison too. Better chance of survival.

          B) MILITARY prison. I doubt as much anal rape goes on there. I'm sure if you were in the armed force and capable fo serving in Iraq you know how to kick someone's ass.

                                  FYI...I served in the military for 12 years...deployed four times...including the 1st Gulf war...where my military career was ended. I am currerntly a 100% disabled Vet...thank you very much. I am retired...and sold all of my business ventures some time ago...thank you very much.

                                      BTW...that is three combat deployments and Desert Shield. I was in the very first contingent to be sent over during Desert Shield.

                                              He volunteered for military service and swore an oath. He violated the oath. When he fulfilled the oath he could have done as he chose.
