    Can Muscular Men Wipe Their Ass?

    So I'm at the gym today and there is a HUGE guy ... way buff.

    Here's my question ... can muscle men wipe their own ass?

                          I've known guys who couldn't even get their arms around to scratch their lower back, let alone wipe their ass.

                          I'm not a pro bb by any means, but after a hard shoulder or back workout, it's a chore to take care of that. LOL

                                                                  So many like that. Building muscle after it repairs contracts it, you have to actively stretch it to keep it limber.

                                                                                  I know a lot of power lifters ..big guys ... i trained with them for 3 years ... hardcore guys ... they had pals for garbage and pals for puking all over the gym .. some of them were not very flexible .. but others would stretch all the time and have no problem .... i have to say that at my biggest ... i could wipe but did have a hard time even scratching the back of my head ..

                                                                                                      I was married to a body builder and as far as I know, he took care of things back there, lol. Luckily, he never asked for assistance. I had to rub stuff all over him sometimes, which was bad enough.
