(I will not post the links up here because they are adult in nature.)

Well I signed up with Chris in December and the service was so bad I quit in January, and I paid yearly and he told me he would pay me back 55 he owes me since I used two months and the service was/is horrible... he told me a few days ago he would pay me via PayPal (28 Feb or something) and I sent him PayPal request and has reminded him, I sent the request 25 of Feb and I haven't received anything

I don't remember it being there in the past, but there is a hosting policy up now and, of course, the "unlimited" bandwidth is limited in it:
