I am the original poster.
It seems that the issue is resolved. I spoke with an epassporte rep not long ago and they said they'd freeze both my account and STTBoss's .
They told me to create a new account which I did and they transferred all my settings and info to it. They also gave me back the stolen $9
I am surprised it happened so fast since the rep said it would take about 5-7 business days but I am satisfied.
It wasn't the amount of money taken as much as it was the fact that my account was hacked into.
