FSC. Am I the only one having problems getting in touch with them?

    FSC. Am I the only one having problems getting in touch with them?

    It's been a month since they promptly charged me for my membership. Since then I've sent many emails and all, but one, were unanswered (the one reply was a question that i answered and again no reply). I tried calling no luck. At this rate I'm thinking about getting my money back. It may be a good cause but if they can't even acknowledge that I exist they don't deserve my money.

    Anybody else starting to feel this way?

      got the same, still haven't gotten any info.. I called them last week and they said I should hear something this week.

      Seems to me they had way to Manny people sign up and they are having a hard time sorting all the data. They couldn't even tell me if I was a member..

      So that really makes me wonder how I could be on the special do not touch list..
