WTF. I just got this phone call out of the blue from Aebn. Some customer support SUPERVISOR named Anita.
She comes out swinging giving me shit for having the wrong phone number appear on customers' credit card statements. LOL Wow. I didn't know I have control of what appears on a client's CC statement when they join Aebn. So I ask her how is that possible. She changes her story and says not the credit card statement the email receipt they get when they join. So I say SWEET how do I get access to that. I didn't know I control the emails aebn sends out to people that join. Then she says no not that but when they join your site. NICE RESEARCH! Thumbzilla is a big time paysite? She didn't even visit the site.
Then she got pissed and tries to put me on speaker phone LOL She came at me like I was some little thief. Once I said I do $10k a month with AEBN she shut her mouth real fast. To Anita and other stupid sales reps that don't do their research
Btw I make really good money with Aebn and have no complaints. HOWEVER receiving a phone call by an obviously "industry challenged" individual is not very professional. She was very rude, unprofessional and uneducated. If you are going to have people contact your affiliates make sure they have a clue.
