She's cute, as someone mentioned, potential GND look.
Definitely want to wait till you're a bit more seasoned to start a site. I'd wait till you have a lot of traffic that you could pump to it, or able to get her into a program that has a good base of affiliates already.
If she's interested in NN, let me know. Will be putting up a couple sites in the next year, but will probably only open it to a few affiliates and my own traffic.
