Police allege the porn companies went beyond the legal limits in some of the porn produced. They say the material crossed the line, degrading and victimizing women.
that's what the police are saying....
innocent til proven guilty remains true.... the crown must prove a number of issues not least Charter issues etc before the core issues of the case can even be addressed.
Canadian law in this area is really very unclear
hell, there was the recent Sharpe decision where the guy got off cuz his drawings of children had 'artistic merit'
...this case could easily go to the supreme court.
