I think that the best thing you could do, is lease the domain name to her. As for the squatting thing. IF you dont want to loose it, set up a site that is about her, and make sure that you put Un-official.

if you bought it before she was anybody, then no, i dont think they can take any legal action. my guess is that you bought it because of her though... anyway, just tell them to make an offer. dont demand lots up front. if you dont think its enough, just turn em down. they cant say your cyber squatting if youre not the one asking for tons of money.

dont take my word for it, but amkes sense to me.
