I'm contemplating using NATS for an upcoming affprog. I'm being told by a couple of webmasters that NATS gives terrible support and that is reason enough to use another software.

I don't know if this is true as I have never used NATS. What have you guys found in your experience?

Only program owners who use NATS need post.
