most phishing sites are hosted on offshore bulletproof servers... not much information your going to get there...
Most of the time though it's a simple WHOIS or whatever. Had someone do that to me recently thinking they were l33t or something, then telling me that I was a spammer, LMAO and they were gonna get me blacklisted etc. Fucking kids.
