Aside from the many mistakes contained in the C&D, it appears that Trey wishes to pursue a lawsuit based upon "defamation" or "irreparable injury" of character and/or business, given statements such as...
"At a minimum,this type of a statement would cause third parties hesitation in dealing with Mr. Hickey due to potential law enforcement issues."
"The Statements caused, and continue to cause, Mr. Hickey irreparable injury to his business and property."
Considering numerous, publicly available posts that show clear character, there is NOT a court anywhere on this planet that would award Trey a dime for defamation. Not even in California!
