Need to convert fat32 disk to ntfs without data loss

copy off of the fat32... format... copy back

partition magic should be able, but make sure you BACK UP EVERYTHING!!!!

Great, that went perfect, no data loss or any change I can find except its ntfs now!

'convert d: /fs:ntfs' from the command prompt.

Partition Magic 8 will do the thing for you.
