And he could get hit with the same allegation himself, so he will be too busy with watching his own back, than attacking others.
And even if its a crazy religious freak sending 100s or even 1000s of these complaints, then the magic of the marketsystem will kick in, because there is simply not enough resources to investigate all of them in a timely manner.
