It seams like "slander and libel" for it to be there for such a long periode... maybe the SteveLightspeed insult is just the tip of the iceberg for these guys?
As an industry working with VISA/MC etc. then its not good with false rumors - could really snowball, and hurt paysite owners and affiliates using 365billing.
