That and we have a lot of people here looking for short term (1-2 month) rentals when they are building and sold a house before their new house is ready.
This is a resort neighborhood and based on what the other places are going for, even now I could get $150+ a night for it and I planned on keeping it furnished anyway. Just take out some personal things, replace the decent dishes with Corelle and off I go

Close enough to ATL where I could visit, w/o always being expected to drive 1.5 hours to be at EVERYTHING the family and friends do.
