if you test a domain for a week knowing the asking price is $15k, then don't ingore my emails and don't reply 10 days after the test is finished, telling me you can pay only $3k for it, especially since you knew the traffic figures in advance

Well the only fault I can see there is that he ignored your e-mails, if you've agreed to a traffic test it should be "no strings attached" and probably his way of monetizing traffic only allows him to pay max $3K for it.Media Buyer - Sell me your traffic!

Well I guess the point here is if he IS able to pay $15K and just decided that this price is not profitable to him, or that he can pay $3K max no matter what and he knew this from the start. In the second case you would be right to be angry, in the first it's simply business.
