I would try going through all settings and make sure all the passes etc are 100%. Check your server and make sure your ftp settings are correct. Create another ftp account and see if you can access using it.

Everything has been checked like 10 times, being serious. All ftp issues have been gone over with a fine tooth comb at server side.

I was using Pasv as default, have tried others now as well.

Also, what Firewall your running? Try disabling it completely and see if you can connect. I had this happen to me with Panda AV/Firewall. I could connect to everone else box, but not my own. I just about dumped my host over it also.

Have dissabled all firewalls ect and still same result.
