But there are several lawyers who post here and several other internet lawyers who don't, so I'm sure you can find one to talk to.
Of course, waiting a year and a half before actually complaining will probably also hurt your "case".

I emailed them several times, more then 5 for sure.
I still have the emails I sent, I still have the phonerecords of me calling them, i know i tried more then 5 times (i would say about 10), online support - only god knows..
Their website didnt work for 5 cent during this period.
They know it, they even wrote some shit on directnic.com (yes i have screenshoot form that).
Why I didnt do anything, is because im dont live in the US.
Be sure, if directnic was located in my country, i would book a ticket directly to their office and make them understand what they have done to me.
I have done what I could as a customer, they didnt live up to the support as they should have. Thats the problem. Due to that, I lost my domain.
