Currently a client who's servers I am babysitting is hitting his cap. So we are looking for deals on a new unmanged server. 50Mbps as well as the ability to burst above would be perfect to start with. Currently clients server is a Dual P4 2.4 w/ 4 Gig ram and 2x 180 Gig HD. So try to match that, though I am a cpu athiest. Cogent bandwidth is fine.
