There are people who think your pornographic speech should be enough to send you to prison. Your pornographic speech is as offensive to them as the holocaust is to Jews. Now that don't mean they are right, I'm just trying to present it from their perspective.. you as a pornographer are no different than Hitler to a hell of a lot of people in the USA.
Try to see it like this: free speech is a good way to keep track of who the nazis and other freaks are and what they are up to. Without free speech they seethe and boil in secret and do dastardly deeds on the sly. There is no way to legislate a persons thoughts and internal world, if someone is a racist, SO WHAT? As long as it's just speech and they aren't killing anyone, let them spew.
