I do think the idea of Brazil getting into a confrontation with the Brits is a bit far fetched but I think Lula along with Chavez in Venezula are some interesting cats to watch. South America is moving to the left and that is a positive move to keep the Northern hegemonist in check.Comment

I served the army, I know for a fact Brazil isn't prepared to a war and they actually don't even pretend to. Brazil is as pacifist as a country could be, and at the moment the politicians are way tooo busy with a internal scandal involving Lula's party.
