Reason I ask is my video card (Asus 7900 GTX) is worth about the same what I paid for it (roughly 300). After rebates I can get a 8800 GTX for about $483 total. If I fleabay my card, I'll only have to 'pay' about $180 extra for the 8800 GTX. I'm just wondering should I go ahead and do that so I can be DX10 compatible for a few years to come? I usually don't upgrade any computer hardware for at least two years after I first buy it but in this case I'm thinking about it. Guess I'm a jew at heart...
I hate spending money on anything bah.
(also wouldn't help to have a bit more firepower so when Spore comes out I don't start foaming at the mouth and go crazy when my framerate drops).
