    Whats the best way to hire gallery makers and submitters?

    Ive hired some professional ones and have always had lukewarm results.
    I about make my money back, but that's it.

    I could put ads on the net for people who want to work from home. This way theyre very new and dont have any bad habits and are probably so excited about working from home and making $100 a week that they'll do what I tell them and wont fuck around.
    But I dont know if I want to deal with the public and interviews and all that shit.

    So whats the best way to hire a gallery maker and gallery submitter?

    any suggestions?

      So you can hire 10 of them for the price of one in US.

      Even if 5 suck, you are ok.

          and they say they hand submit, but they wont. Theyll just load it all up into russian submitter or a similar program and hit submit. 10% of the created galleries will actually go through and the remaining 90% of the galleries that Im paying for dont get through to the sites.

              US guy will do the same, but will be smart to use a custum tool heh
