This guys really has a lot of strength and will power. Discovery Channel did a good thing, they make a good connection and at the same time they establish themselves, right?
yes, if people know the full story this guy is just about one of the strongest-willed athletes on earth.
He has will, yes, but it's more genetics. He has the ability to absorb twice the oxygen a normal adult can, including increased red blood cell count, a big heart (literally, not figuratively), possessing the genetic make-up of less than 1% of the population.
Discovery must have paid a whopping fee for it, I bet.
Yea ... or they signed it at the right time and didn't know he was gonna become that big ;) I don't know the story ... but they definitly got nice advertising

Useless trivia for the day.
Most profetional athletes and well trained ones have that capacity ... ;)

What a relief. When I saw the title of this thread, "Congratulations For One of the Greatest Athlethic Achievements In Human History", I thought you were going to tell everyone about the epic and monumental crap I took over the weekend.
It was surely of Olympic proportions, and I know lesser men would have failed...no, it wasn't easy, it took stamina and intestinal fortitude (and a mighty sphincter), and afterwards I couldn't walk straight nor sit down for an hour, however I am happy to report that in the end everything came out okay.
But hey, Lance Armstrong peddled his ass all over France faster than any other for the 7th straight time, so I dedicate my poop to him...Way to go Lance!!!
