    Edgeprod just gave me some bad news...

    Not sure what happened with the original post but here it is again.

    While working earlier today his drive failed and was not able to recover. He apologizes to anyone that was on icq and regretfully you may experience delays in support for relinksoftware.

    If anyone has a pressing ticket please icq me as I can help with some issues.

      That explains the sudden stop in responses.

      I must say, I recently purchased a copy of ABPSA, and I'm having trouble with it, sure. edgeprod has been the most helpful and the quickest to respond of any support I have ever made use of. I would recommend to anyone to use relinksoftware for their software needs.

                                                  Looks like it's going to take some time, for sure.

                                                  I'm using my Mac right now until I order a new PC (tomorrow) and wait for it to arrive. The Mac isn't as functional as I'd like, and it feels like a very alien environment now.

                                                  I'm going to be spending the next few days looking through what data I have backed up, and what data I don't, so I can decide where to go from here.

                                                  No Autoblogger Pro data was lost, obviously, but one thing I've always been slow to back up is my email -- which looks completely lost. My ICQ records are also gone, so if you have something that was pending and need to get in touch with me, please contact me again.

                                                  I'll be getting back to the Relink ticket system sometime tomorrow, and I apologize in advance for any delays as I sort this out.

                                                  I will mention this is the SECOND computer from Falcon Northwest (http://www.falcon-nw.com) to die in a YEAR. I'm less than pleased about that for sure.

                                                      Update: Waiting on a call back from Falcon Northwest, but the drives look unrecoverable.

                                                      All tickets for Autoblogger Pro and other products have been replied to, as of this moment. Thanks for everyone's patience, it took an extra few hours due to troubleshooting, etc.
