Just curious, I am considering offshore hosting with Webair as I'm extremely happy with their domestic services but I was curious if there is any extra legal protections hosting in the Bahamas (or any other jurisdiction) over hosting in the Netherlands?
This wouldn't be for any 2257 or bulk mailing protection, but more on the range of corporate and personal privacy.
