    paxum problem, my friend needs help #paxum

    i have a inquiry on behalf of my friend. cos she doesnt have gfy account so she ask me if i can contact you, regarding with her account . she really disspointed cos she already submitted thrice of the pic that ur support needed and yet its rejected to verify the address, upon checking with her pic, its really clear and the info on the pic is clear pls help us cos she really really disspointed with the service of your support. thanks

                  First of all, I don't think they'll discuss the details of another person's account with a third party. At least I would hope not.

                  Secondly, going to an industry board and hoping for customer service from a completely unrelated company isn't the best way to actually get customer service.

                  Last but not least, do as someone else suggested already, have your friend contact Ruth from Paxum via Skype directly. Skype: PaxumRuth. That makes a lot more sense then trying to randomly get attention on GFY.
