Name: Derek aka Sherm

Age: 25

Location: Las Vegas

Relationship Status: Married

Have Kids: None

How Long in Adult: Going on 7 years.

How did you get started: Dr Bizzaro got me my start, maintaining his TGP submissions.

What do you do/own to generate income: I am the Affiliate Manager/Marketing Director for Duke Dollars. I am also a gallery submitter, I run several sites, I dabble in SEO, run blogs and I am a part time gigolo.

How many hours do you work a week: About 50 hours a week. Full time at Duke Dollars and then I spend about 10 on personal projects. Most of my sites are on auto pilot and I have a partner who shares the work load.

Do you consider yourself successful: I have a beautiful wife, a beautiful home, a great family, my health and a couple nice cars. I may not be a millionare, but I am more than happy with what I’ve accomplished over the last few years. However, there is always room for improvement.

Famous GFY moment: None that I can recall. I generally fly under the radar.

How do you think most people on GFY see you: As a knowledgeable person who avoids senseless confrontation while trying to conduct business.
How many people on GFY have you met (in person ): Hell if I know. I’ve met a lot of people at shows and through various webmaster gatherings. I’d definitely say it’s in the hundreds.

How many shows have you been to: Wow… I’d say somewhere around 20.

Good qualities about yourself: I am motivated, generous, I have a good sense of humor and I like to have fun with friends.

What do you do offline for fun: I snowboard, work out, go to shows (music), play video games, play Texas Hold em’, play basketball, play football…Whatever. I like to be active!

What is the biggest amount of money you lost, to who, and how: I generally don’t spend a lot of cash in deals unless it’s in something I believe in 100% and can control. I’ve lost small amounts here and there, but I guess being jipped out of 10k when WSB went under was the biggest hit I’ve taken. I’ve also taken a few 500-1k losses here and there.

Do you spend what you make or save or reinvest it: I spend enough to be happy, invest enough to be alright when I want to retire and I save enough for a rainy day. I’m a pretty balanced guy.

Are you currently looking to buy anything (content, traffic, etc..) explain: I’m always looking to buy if the right opportunity is in front of me.
