he's a huge fucking thief and a parasite making money off webmasters who invest money and time producing their own content, living off the avails of copyright infringments - and his being a regular poster on GFY only makes things worse for him. he runs a forum, fully aware that thousands of instances of copyright infringement, copyright owned by people he knows from his regular visits to GFY, are posted by his members at phun.org's forum. the damages that can be claimed against him and Verio his hosting company are huge, the posting of full 100 plus image photosets the very same day they are published in a private members area - diluting the value of that content for both affiliates promoting a program and potential customers who would pay a membership fee if they had not been able to access the entire fucking members area on phun.org - huge damages.
