I don't know if they have or they haven't taken any of their clients to task, can't recall anything.

However, in their AUP there is language clearly stated as to what they CAN do....

I've noticed similar clauses in the AUP's of other adult hosts.

Anyone who thinks a host (or registrar for that matter) doesn't have the right to protect their own interests is out to lunch. I can't believe any hosting provider of good consience would knowingly host obviously questionable or otherwise illegal content on their servers and sit back and ignore it.

Of course, you then have the right to take your business elsewhere. Fair is fair.
