I Used to smoke about 25/30 a day, now I smoke when I go boozing, but that's not so often any more....

I totally agree with you! (maybe because we live in the same place

) I do karate for 16 years now, I smoking for 10 years. And of course cigarettes will never help to be more stronger, but in my case, it's not a problem. but I want to quit anyway
