and how much is a pack of cigarettes in your country? I read $2 somewhere in Europe. anywhere else? in hungary the average price is about $2.50

You can look cool, be accepted by your peers when you are young, etc, etc. Seriously I know plenty of people who run everyday, play soccer, squash, rugby, swim, etc and smoke a lot and they have suffered no ill effects. Obviously it will not improve your performance but sometimes I think the detrimental effects are over done a bit.

Also people who smoke generally enjoy it, for whatever reason.

I Used to smoke about 25/30 a day, now I smoke when I go boozing, but that's not so often any more....

I totally agree with you! (maybe because we live in the same place

) I do karate for 16 years now, I smoking for 10 years. And of course cigarettes will never help to be more stronger, but in my case, it's not a problem. but I want to quit anyway

None of the above......I haven't had a puff in about 4 years, but I don't think smokers should be w/out places to smoke indoors. It should be up the merchant to decide if they'll permit it or not............two cents
