    Question for DIRECTNIC

    If directnic was the registrar for GFY or a similar forum and an allegation was made regarding a picture ..

    lets just say this one..



    Do the same circumstances apply ?

    Would you require gfy to provide you with 2257 info for this model. ?

    If the material was not hosted in the united states do the same rules apply..?

                  I have been a long time fan of directnic, and often advise others to use it, so i am in no way a "hater" but like others i am concerned with the recent problems and would like some clarification on the finer details..

                      I think the lack of response is enough to make anyone think seriously about moving their domains. The icing on the cake IMO is the fact that they are still making him prove the ages of randomly a group of images on his site that were picked randomly and not any specific images.

                      I've always been a fan of them up until now, but IMO to keep any domains with them after this is just asking for trouble.
                      In November, you can vote for America's next president or its first dictator.

                                          p.s. i applaud directnic's efforts to combat cp , and fully support the idea, but i think someone needs to do some hard thinking here and find a different approach. The current rules/statement by directnic is confusing and worrysome at best
