I'm curious. Say it was the police that were knocking on your door instead of Directnic (basically).
Police: We want to see your 2257 records for your site we have a complaint of CP on your site. .
You: I don't have any I don't own those images.
Police: You put them on your site and you are hosting them, where is the paper work.
You: Let me call the affiliate companies that own them and get you the paperwork.
And that would be the last thing you would be saying as they drag you to jail. Then they would proceed to ransack your house/office, take computer equipment, etc..
Would this go any differently ?
Perhaps:
You: I don't own the pictures i dont have the paperwork.
Police: sorry for bothering you, can you point us in the right direction of who does own them?
Or
You: I don't own the pictures I don't have any paperwork.
Police: You put them on your site and you are hosting them, where is the paper work.
You: but there is an injuction, I am in the FSC.
Police: oh, ok we will go then we can't investigate CP if the person is in the FSC. We will be back when the injunction is lifted. You better hope the girls have reached 18 by then
