Ah, sounds like good news Slick. Now you either comply and get on with business as usual, or you tell them to eat a dick and take your domain business elsewhere.
Or... you comply, then still take your business elsewhere.
But in my opinion directnic are just looking out for their own best interests, as any company of good consience should be doing.
If it were me I think I'd just show the proof (or get my sponsor to show the proof), and move on. SAVE ALL EMAILS AND CORRESPONDENCES pertaining to this matter though. If anything crops up like this in the future you will have some reference material to show that says you were found to be opertating above-board in the past.
