If you justify the murdering of the guy in UK by the police

don't say you support democracy and human rights because murdering people "just because they could be suicide bombers" is not part of these.

Operation Kratos is unconstitutional. The british rule of the law says:

    - The rights of individuals are determined by legal rules and not the arbitrary behaviour of authorities.

    - There can be no punishment unless a court decides there has been a breach of law.

You can try to justify all you want kratos that more likely you didn't bother to even check what it means, but the reality is that Blair it taking away your rights faster than you perceive.

Nope you can't justify it, because you are technically right.

But there are more to it.... In this situation we are forced to bend....

And pray that shit like this will not happen again.

You cant justify the murder of anyone. However under the circumstances that the UK is under at the moment I would rather have this in place ensuring that it is difficult for bombs to go off.

sorry man but you are wrong. Terrorists hit USA, Spain, Turkey and Indonesia and authorities didn't get such orders. Several arrests were made without murdering people that happened to be suspects for a moment.

sometimes some human right must be limited or harmed in the name of national security (which is also essential in any democracy). in any democracy there needs to be a good balance between human rights and national security depending on the various current circumstances.

just as an example, most countries have an army. for some it is even essential to their existance.
the army is definitely not a democratic institute. soldiers don't enjoy many civil rights. but this has to be done in the name of national security.

If someone just tried to blow up a bus and the police ask you to stop and you start running, you are really asking for it. you are fucking retarded if you ask me. and why are you running in the first place? you must have done something wrong.

i think its too bad what happened to him, but he played his cards very poorly given the situation

I would rather live with the knowlegde that I will be shot if I don't stop when the police tells me to than to live in a constant fear of terror

If they don't hit down hard here, this will grow and grow because of other extremists seeing it's possible

That will cause Anarcy and destroy democracy - so it's a lose - lose situation so we might have to acknowlegde the fact that this will be a rough period.

The guy was probably from a council estate anyway, they did the UK a favor by shooting him

They need to visit Moss Side heavily and look for individuals carrying bags that dont stop, thatll solve a lot of the crime in the Manchester area

                Regards,

London has been under threat of terrorist bombing for years. First the IRA now the suicide bombers. Personally I go for the shoot to kill policy. Yes mistakes are going to be made but I have no sympathy with the guy that got shot dead. He jumped a turnstyle infront of loads of police. His fault.

you have to be pretty stupid to try and run from the police in England these days (specially on the underground). It is sad, but the question comes in mind, why did he run?
He must have done something wrong, maybe it was petty who knows, mebe he was just an illegal immigrant I don't know. But I think the officers did the right thing if they thought he had a bomb and was about to set it off, if they would've been right they wold be heros today...
I just know I wouldn't want to be a police officer and have to make such decisions, imagine if this incident leads to another situation where the officers hesitate to shoot a real suicide bomber and lots of innocent people die

What you need to remember is that the police are held accountable.

If they did wrong they WILL be punished.

And as to Blair taking away rights.....I have more rights now than i have ever had!! A ton more thanks to EU legislation.

You're gonna live in a constant state of fear anyhow if you follow this path while your liberties will be taken away day after day. Life is not some right, it is the ultimate civil right and murdering is the ultimate denial of it. The first reaction after the hit was to violate this. Why don't you admit wrong handling, reconsider it than taking the chance to create a status you would hate to live? Rights are gained very hard after a lot of fights. I don't see why they should be lost over night.

I've been in army myself and life is an ultimate civil right there as well.
