It seems like the guitar players who build up giant calluses on their fingers.
Basically a circumcised dick is like a big callus, so it makes sense.
No natural dick guy is going to give up the sensitivity, for slightly more protection from a self inflicted disease.
It maybe makes sense for the uneducated masses in Africa to get it done at birth however.

This is not news btw. Their argument is that the forsskin gets little injuries easily. And a glans that rubs against fabric allday long builds a slightly tougher skin so it will not get wounded as easy as one that is always in it's protective skin.
