never had an ingrown toenail, so i cant know the relief that must of had.

congrats, hopefully it heals up. I once crazy-glued a crack in my big toenail and it grew out ok.

To help keep ingorwn nails in check or help prevent them..make sure you clip your nails (toes or fingers) straight across. I see your toenails round off at the ends..keep them trimmed straight..no rounded ends. Maybe this will help maybe not. Knarly pics..love it.
