ugh.. also note that in a vendor-locked facility (e.g. not equinix, switch and data, 350 main, 25 broad, etc.) expect considerably less due to the fact that they are simply selling you space/power in order to be able to sell you bandwidth. Here the space/power is somewhat of a "loss leader" to get you in the door.
