I have a friend that owns a really nice taven.She knows what I do and is cool with it even wants me to use her business and custom bike in a few shoots.But she wants me to do a site for her tavern.I dont even know how to go about building a site like this.Its sort of a family oriented business so I guess the nude models on the bar are out of the question .So what should I do?

My guy has some free time and has built sites for another tavern. Turned out real nice.
I can get you a quote, real fair price based on the specs your friend needs, then you add a little bit for your trouble. Don't offer to do it for free, that will only cause problem after problem with your friends.
