For the upcoming holidays, the Merchant Support Department and the Payments Department will be closed for Christmas & New Year's between the following dates and times:

24th December 2006, 6.00 AM through 26th December 2006, 9.00 AM (CET)
31st December 2006, 8.00 PM through 2nd January 2007, 9.00 AM. (CET)
Please also note that most banks are closed during this period. In keeping with our commitment to pay you on time, payments that are scheduled for Monday, 25th December 2006, and Monday, 1st January 2007, will be sent on Friday, 22nd December 2006, and Friday, 29th December 2006, respectively.
