fast, good, cheap. pick 2 of the 3. sometimes its called smart business to spend a bit more.
i cost a bit more than some guys who do batch encoding. i loose jobs sometimes because i hear "so and so can do it for $5 less per dvd"... i just tell em to let me know how that goes and hit me up if they need anything in the future.
