If they go to a resturant. Show up but stay unseen, find their waiter and have him send over a bottle of wine with a note that says.( I am always thinking of you and make sure you sign it.)
Or even better send the note to him but have it say. She is always thinking of me and sign it her boyfriend / yourname.
