So basically they are saying that because he hired the models to have sex with him on camera, it is prostitution ?

I thought all along that it is really only legal to shoot porn in california where they had the trial separating prostitution from pornography, and that producers in other states like florida and nevada were just "chancing" and trying to stay under the radar..

There is no doubt that if the ruling on this case could have serious implications for the adult industry, companies like LFP will have their atty standing in line to support this guy.
